Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about billing, limits, and migrations.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Prorated credits apply automatically when switching between monthly and annual cycles.
What happens if I exceed my endpoint limit?
Monitoring will pause for excess endpoints until the next billing cycle. We will never charge overage fees without explicit approval. You can upgrade instantly to restore checks.
Do you offer refunds or a free trial?
The Free plan requires no credit card and is permanent. For Pro and Enterprise, we provide a 14-day full-featured trial. If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days, we offer a full refund.
How are check intervals calculated?
Intervals are measured between the completion of one check and the initiation of the next. Network latency and target server response times are excluded from the interval window.
